  Bought a PS4 Slim 1TB that was on display for £130, along with 4 games, ( a gift for my dad), it's a week later now and he's checked the games and 3 out of 4 of them have no disc in them. He sent me the receipt and after checking the receipt I was charged for a PS4 Pro 1tb (£150) and 1 of the games GTA V (£12) So when the price came to £162 I didn't think too much of it since we got the games aswell at the time, clearly a mistake was made. Perhaps the staff were in a bit of a rush (since the store was about to close), but the item was clearly on display with a label off £130 and that same one was the one we were given, it's all a bit of a farse to bring it back now, as my dad spent quite a bit of time setting it up and it was his birthday present, store staff should be better to check these things and know the difference between the items they're selling, so I'm £20 down from being charged for a pro instead of a slim. Store staff seemed like cool people though, clearly just a human error (I'm from Birmingham aswell, was visiting Peckham for a family party)

  I buyed three video games and i told them dont put games that dont work on the cases the scratched ones as i will travel to my home country tomorrow and i cant come back and return them and they still put a scratched one and now the game cant start as it is scratech, i buyed it 6£ for a game as used ones so in total 18£ but i wouldnt bought if i knew they were scratched, i buyed games in a lot of CEX shops but this was the first one with scratched games and i couldnt enjoy one so shame on you!

  Very poor experience in this store more than once. I've been too majority of CEX across London. Unfortunately this is my closest store nowadays. Most of the staff and very helpful..... However the attitude and unprofessionalism from "Destiny," is basically unforgiving and unforgettable... Very rude and talking to me as if I was her friend or family member? I have never experienced such lack of customer service and attitude from a member of staff responsibility for representing a company. Apparently she is managemen, so the example she is setting is quite sad to say the least. I complain to online customer complaints, as "Destiny" is not worth speaking to in this situation, let alone in general. The online customer service gave me £10 in-store voucher, to which I must make a purchase. This complaint starting because she refused my warranty in-store from where I purchased the phone. Claiming it had water damage. But not doing any test and she is not a technician clearly. After this I went to Deptford and Bexleyhealth store. Both stores and in-store technicians confirming it was not water damage... This resulting in an exchange for the exact model, which I wanted anyway. But just the hassle and rudeness , and the compensation does not reflect good for this situation. I am still not please with the solution as a loyal customer for years now.
