They were extremely prompt, efficient, and professional throughout, and they resolved all of our queries quickly and thoroughly. What stood out most was their excellent communication and responsiveness. They kept us informed, were always available when we needed them, and dealt with everything swiftly and efficiently. We are incredibly pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Ally and Randall Solicitors to anyone. An outstanding team and a truly excellent service!   We have had an exceptional experience with Ally Randall Solicitors. We sold and purchased with their team. Anna went above and beyond throughout the entire process; communication, anticipating needs of the transactions before we even realised they were required and she worked brilliantly with our estate agent and the other parties' solicitors in a fair manner throughout to pull off our purchase with a very tight timescale. I am 100% sure that if we had gone with another firm, we would not be in the position we are in today. I had several interactions with Anna directly and she was always calm, reassuring, contactable and fast to action items that needed dealing with. The whole process was never stressful thanks to Anna. Her whole team know how grateful we are - we were so impressed from start to finish. Thank you to you all.
