- KKKdannyAug 6, 20265.0Sent a Series X controller to be repaired due to drift on the right analog stick. Both Tech Centre and CEX were quick to respond and fix my controller. The price to pay for repair was £27, but it is definitely worth it for a 2 year warranty and they'll take good care of the controller! They've made my controller like new again! Service works as described. 5 stars.
- IKIoannis KokkinisMay 12, 20264.0I had my PS5 controller sent in for repair for stick drift, very easy process since the Tech Centre is partnered with CeX therefore I was able to directly drop off and pick up my controller from there. Very pleased with the repair that was carried out as well as the 2 year warranty that is provided. The only thing I have to note is that after the repair was carried out the controller lacked recalibration to reset the sticks. But after a quick and easy recalibration it works like new again! Highly recommend this Tech Centre for repairs
