  Badly damaged my wheels. Well overinflated tyres. Took my car here for two tyres and a wheel alignment, seeing the good reviews and trying to avoid Kwikfit/Halfords etc...On collection both wheels had been badly damaged (both were immaculate before). Garage originally tried to deny responsibility, but fortunately I took some pictures before the appointment and they later admitted responsibility and offered to repair after a few days waiting for them to "speak to the manager". The day after, I took the car out for a roadtrip, no grip on the back end at all. They had inflated both tyres to 58PSI, when the recommended pressure was 36PSI...borderline dangerous. A small and quick thing to check for a good garage so another thing just showing an overall lack of care. The garage repeatly refused to allow me to take the car elsewhere for repair when provided with a reasonable quote, as I did not want to allow it back to them given the damaged followed what should she been the simplest of tasks. Left with no choice to take their offer of repair, they were finally repaired over 3 weeks later by at their sister garage in Tooting. The quality of repair was pretty average with some visible running in the coating/paint on the alloys. All in all a very frustrating experience for what should have been a basic tyre change, wish I'd gone to the big chains!

  I was really impressed with the service from H. This person is so customer focused and as i own a bussiness this the level of proff i will like in my whole bussiness, i will now be using him for all my fleet thank you

  As a new owner of my first car, I was really apprehensive and nervous, especially as I had a few issues that needed sorting. The car needed an AC repair which was offered to be fixed on the day. H mace the whole process of claiming the invoice back through my policy so easy. He was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout, especially with my new car paranoia! 😂 I honestly can’t thank him enough for making the whole experience so stress-free. Thank you! Amazing service — I would definitely recommend
