  Two by Two Vets at Finchley and Palace Gates Road are outstanding. They were incredibly compassionate, caring, and provided excellent service for my cat. Special thanks to Lisa at the Palace Gates Road branch, her kindness, patience, and genuinely caring approach made all the difference.

  My Frenchie had a grass seed lodged in his paw, which unfortunately meant he needed surgery under general anaesthetic to have it removed. We decided to switch to Two by Two as he became very distressed at our previous vets, and it was the best decision we could have made. Two by Two has been a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked through the door. Every member of staff is so welcoming, kind and compassionate, and they made both me and my dog feel completely at ease. They took amazing care of him throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and treated him as if he were one of their own. It’s never nice seeing your pet go through something like this, but knowing he was in such caring and capable hands made all the difference. I can’t thank the entire team enough for everything they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Two by Two to anyone looking for a genuinely caring and professional veterinary practice.

  We are still speechless by the quality of services we have received by 2by2… Sadly one of our gerbils passed away yesterday. The night before we contacted pet emergencies who told us to wait until the morning. 2by2 was nearby and I called in the morning but sadly the gerbil passed away while I was on the phone. Lisa who worked there was just incredible (she was extremely professional and comforting). We took the gerbil there yesterday to have it cremated as 2by2 said they could help but they were not pushy at all (not trying to sell a package). They said I could contact them whenever if I needed: I walked in 30 minutes later. We got paw prints etc today by post with a lovely card and other memories. Lisa was extremely patient when I walked in. They are extremely ethical. If we ever need a vet again we are going there for sure (and nowhere else). I also personally think that their rates are more than reasonable.
