  I was given the impression that dry cleaning and ironing could be done same day because I rang in advance. However when I actually arrived at the place, the guy warned me he was far too busy. Why promise this over the phone if it isn’t something that can be done? I took my business elsewhere and I would advise this man to not only be more polite to potential customers but also not to promise services that cannot be provided.
