  Useless. They offered me the only "deal" that was 40% more expensive than what the Online Support team offered me and 24 months instead of 12. Kudos to the guy clerk. Just do the stuff offline, save yourself the useless visit. Do not trust these people, go online do your research; far better deals that what you will get here. These people are not even explaining the new fee of 2£ a day for roaming in EU!
