  Advertised everywhere as open - only to find out when arriving at Westfield that the store has been closed. Not surprising at all when their customer service is beyond appalling anyways

  Worst customer service by Emine, terrible attitude, no knowledge about anything and very rude! Try your luck getting any help from someone else..

  I walked in to the shop at 18:20 02/05/2026 The customer service was disaster the horrible service ever , When I asked him who's the manager he told me it me , then I spoke with Ramon Jr He sort me out. The manager was MEZ. really disappointed on this customer service.

  Today I went to store to sort out my phone contract and I received excellent service from the team. I was helped by Ramon, Maeza (I hope I spelled the name correctly), and the store manager, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, she is a woman with brown hair. Ramon assisted me throughout the entire process and was especially patient, professional, and kind. He really took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the best solution for my needs. Maeza and the store manager were also very helpful and supportive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, outstanding service, I felt genuinely well looked after. Thank you all!
