I bought a head cuff misunderstanding the real cost (£207.10) and I was aware of it only at home. It was Saturday evening. I run back on Sunday, but it was impossible to ask for a return and a reimbursement because the manager wasn't there. I was back on Monday and I explained my problem to Rodel who was extremely professional, kind and helpful. He verified the head cuff to be sure that all was in perfect conditions and I was given back the sum. When I'll need a new mobile, for sure I'll be back in this shop. PL
