I popped into the shop to sort out an order that contained incorrect details. When I asked for assistance, the store manager - a young-middle-aged woman - flatly refused. Her rationale was that the only remedy would be to cancel and replace the order, which would allegedly wreak havoc on my credit score.
I politely pointed out that my credit rating was rather my own affair, not hers, and I take care of it. At this point, her tone turned remarkably patronising. She repeatedly insisted that even a "hard check" would ruin my financial standing.
I assured her once more that my credit was in fine health and that I merely wanted the issue resolved, fully content to proceed with a reorder.
Unmoved, she explained that since she couldn't simply amend my email or phone number in the system, we were at an impasse - she refused to reprocess the order on the baffling grounds that I failed to grasp the gravity of the situation.
Rather than argue with someone aggressively refusing to take my custom, I simply walked out. I have never returned. It is quite a novelty to encounter a mobile network employee working tirelessly not to sell a phone. I have since taken my business to another provider, where I bought the phone I wanted, and where the customer service is infinitely better.
Bad service(not the staff but their product) - cannot even connect me to the internet and I have to use my overseas number which has ramped up my bill so what’s the point of signing up with a local vendor ? Apparently there r issues with their cell towers
Terrible experience, the man working here wanted me to upgrade my plan to a better one, I said no like 10 times and he kept pushing. Made me feel so uncomfortable I ended up upgrading to a plan I didn’t even want (my bad for being dumb), avoid this place

Neuza was extremely friendly and helpful
Came in to sort out an eSIM. The female staff member who first helped me was lovely. She is polite, clear and professional. However, she passed me to a male colleague because she had to watch the front and the service immediately collapsed.
I told him I was happy with my current allowance. He replied, “No, I don’t think that’s enough for you.” Sorry, when did I ask for a lifestyle assessment?
He then kept pushing add-ons and repeatedly asked “Are you sure?” after I had already said no. He also randomly brought up roaming in “China and Hong Kong” without me asking, which felt like a very interesting assumption to make based on my face and appearance.
When I said I wanted to think about it, he claimed I would “definitely” not find anything cheaper, stood up, walked away, and said “bye” without even looking back.
Guess what? I walked to EE nearby and found a much better deal with staff who actually knew how to be polite.
One star for the female colleague☺️.The rest was a masterclass in how to lose a customer.
