  The staff gave me amazing customer service . I had reservations regarding 5G home broadband but the gentleman that served me was very reassuring . He was also very relatable

  Fantastic store, fantastic staff, I needed a like for like exchange for my brand new phone which developed a problem with the screen, my local store didn't have one in stock so I had to travel in the heat after a long day at work, I was convinced my day was going from bad to worse untill I arrived at a bright air conditioned store, the staff were brilliant , friendly and professional and made the process easy and stress free. Lavinia was a joy and knew her stuff , Matteo was great with a can do, no nonsense attitude and the trainee ( sorry didn't get your name) was amazing too he had time for a chat while I was waiting and laughed at all my stories. Thanks guys 😁
