They immediately defined a SIM card issue then offered resolution. I entered with a difficult question. They listened and I left feeling welcomed and looked after. Outstanding.

When you sign up for a contract, they pitch you on all kinds of strange add-ons. It’s all pretty tiring. Once I finish my current contract with Three, I’ll never use them again. I’ll encourage my kids to not use Three. And if I have grandchildren, I’ll offer that same advice to them.

Never said my phone was too old, as was said in Strand store earlier and I would need a new phone and contract! He was polite and I came out feeling heard and valued as a 3 customer. Thank you Joao fabulous service.

Can't cancel online (you can sign up but not cancel) and it takes forever with Three customer service with long wait times. Virtual assistant just drops off or staff end the chat. Again, store staff are fine but be prepared for real hassle and poor service if you decide to leave.
