I was running some errands a day before going on a holiday abroad ,very busy day. 3--4 times turnded phone off and on again then popped in the store late afternoon to see if there is something wrong with my phone. I was told I need to have my sim card replaced. The guy asked for my number as I have a contract with them for 19 years! I could answer all security questions as the phone is mine. He asked for an ID, I told him I have full pictures on my phone of my passport , drivers licence, work lanyard, he can also see my online banking for name check. He refused it all saying he needs to see physical card. There was no empathy, not even trying to help. This store is locked and you need to knock or ring the bell for attention due to robberies in the area but expect me to carry my passport around a day before going on holiday. In the morning when I left my house I had no ideea I will end up in the store anyway as I was hoping signal will be back. I was very dissapointed as had no time to go home to pick passport up. This happened in Clapham and I live in Kensington but unfortunately the guy' meant to help me', was not interested at all. I felt terribly dissapointed as I have to pay another visit before heading to the airport.
