I went there to return a router I bought only two days before . I took the tube, waited in line to be helped and was told I can’t return because there is no manager in the store to approve the return !! What ! So I was asked to come back when the manager has a shift . Maybe Tuesday or Wednesday . I have never heard that from a store. Awful . So now I have to wait to make a return based on the managers shift.

I rarely leave reviews, but Anna truly deserves recognition for the amazing service she provided. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient from start to finish. After speaking with several people at Three who were unable to help me, Anna was the only one who took the time to understand my issue and get it resolved. Her knowledge, dedication, and excellent customer service made what had been a very frustrating experience so much easier. She went above and beyond to help, and it's clear she genuinely cares about customers. Three is very lucky to have someone like Anna on their team.
