I been there yesterday to get a phone contract but the store manager who was supposed to explain me things was clearly not interested in my query and was continuously busy with his colleague on some other matter. He didn't allow to ask questions. This store is not close to my place but still I traveled hoping for the resolution but it was completely bad experience. If you are planning to visit this store for any help, then think twice as they are clearly not interested. No offense to anyone. It was my personal experience.

Very disappointing customer service from Three. The adviser I spoke to was extremely rude and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I contacted customer service expecting help with my issue, but instead I was made to feel uncomfortable by the way the adviser communicated with me. Customer service staff should speak to customers politely and try to resolve their concerns, not make the situation worse. I’ve had a very poor experience and I hope Three takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to its customer service advisers.

Don't buy anything from them because I made a contract for a phone with a card and after I paid it off, two years have passed and they want to sue me and they sent me a letter home, I should have given 600 Now they did the same to my cousin, they did this to many people after you pay and they make you more money, they made 800 on her and now they want to sue her, letters are coming to her house, they do this to everyone and me

After long and useless hours on the phone to customer service, and a visit to another Three store Dan, Ali and Steve wouldn't give up on fixing the problem with my phone. I really appreciated their professionalism and left the store really satisfied with their service. If you are in the area I would recommend these guys highly.
