- MJMONA JApr 22, 20261.0They scammed me. They told me that if I signed the contract, I would get 33 days of worldwide roaming. Before traveling, I called them and they confirmed I could use it for 33 days. At the beginning, they asked me to change several settings on my phone, and after about two hours they suddenly told me I had already reached the limit. Then they admitted, “Sorry, we gave you the wrong information.” After that, they stopped the service completely and said I couldn’t use it, even though they had promised it. They also claimed I only have limited data. On top of that, they said if I cancel the contract, I have to pay £328. The conversation is recorded, and I will be sharing it soon on TikTok and Instagram. I will make sure to post the link to the recording. This feels like fraud. Do not use Three.

What’s the point of having two employees standing next to the door chatting if you can’t help the customer? #update: there’s no point of coming as they’ll just give you the number to call.

Neither helped. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Every time I have an issue, I’m sent back and forth between the store and customer service with no solution. It’s ridiculous, and my patience has run out. Very disappointed‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I will never go there.
