I raisee this concern to manager andrew gillis And i hope i dont go through more trouble I m done with THREE SIM

We went to the store for an phone upgrade to Samsung s25 from fold z in Samsung but we had some questions regarding upgrade We received an advise from member of team name : ZLATA (customer advisor) she advised to go for s26 which releasing in March to take a contract instead of trade in and explained in and out of the phone features , specifications and price detailing - we may comeback to get s26 in March yet to release at March 11 2026 - Thank for ur advise zlata for kindness and patience and have a great day to three team 💙
