They really listened to what I needed, understood my inquiry, and went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Even though I only had a little time to visit the store, they made sure I was able to accomplish everything I needed. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. They are clearly hardworking people who truly care about their customers. I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and give them five stars! Trustpilot isn't allowing me to post my review twice, so i'm leaving it here.
- RTRadiant TradersAug 6, 20261.0Brought a iphone 17 Pro max on mouthy payments yesterday I received it as a birthday gift ,once i opened the phone and it was damaged the outside of the box was damaged also the phone itself had marks on it so I decided to come today to ask for answers and this small woman is telling me that it's not Noticeable and then after makein jokes about my current phone that it has marks on the phone saying its bad I said to her do I care about my current phone I didn't come here for your opinion on my current phone lol 😂😂 there all Pathetic , there couldn't even Return the phone without blackmailing me , please guys I DO NOT RECOMMEND THREE BIGGEST Scam EVER also there customer service is really bad and no I didn't get the answers I wanted , but they did also say that the phones get damaged either way , basically Admitting saying phones are damaged I also wonder what they gonna reply back to me n say lol give me a refund silly workers

After spending a few hours on my laptop, made my way to the Three shop in westfield feeling quite frustrated and Samholia (sorry if I got the name wrong) sort it out in less than 5 minutes.
