  We had a truly wonderful experience here after a terrible time at a different local nursery. My children attended this nursery for 18 months. During that time, only one member of staff left. The very low staff turnover meant that my children built strong, consistent relationships with the staff, which was so important. The staff were clearly happy working there, and that showed in the way they cared for and interacted with the children. The nursery is essentially one large room, and I actually think this is a real strength. From a safeguarding perspective, everyone has eyes everywhere. Staff can see what is going on across the room, which reduces the chance of things being missed and creates a calm, safe environment. The garden has lots of shade from mature trees. When I first viewed the nursery, I was slightly put off by the leaves and debris that had fallen because it made the garden look a little messy. However, they clean it regularly, and I happened to visit on a bad day. The shade from the trees is a huge benefit during hot weather and heatwaves. I was also really impressed by how professional the nursery is. Because they operate two nurseries, everything feels well organised and strategically managed. Policies and procedures are clearly thought through and consistently followed, rather than being made up as situations arise. That gave me a lot of confidence that the nursery was being run properly. I’m really, really pleased with the way they cared for my children. They treated them with kindness and respect, and both of my children genuinely loved going there. Danielle, the manager, is lovely. She is approachable, caring and professional, and I always trusted her to make the right decisions for my children. The staff are warm, loving and kind. During my induction, one member of staff was leaving to sit an exam, which really stood out to me. It showed that the nursery invests in training and development, and that staff are encouraged to continue learning and improving. This was our third and final nursery with our two children, so we have something to compare it with. I would happily recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, caring and professionally run nursery.
