  Easily one of the most positive experiences I've had with a shop in a long time. I went to this store because of all the good reviews, and it didn't disappoint. One arm had fallen off my glasses; they repaired it, supplied the new screw, made my glasses tighter and better than they had been, all within 4-5 minutes. AND the best part: he wouldn't charge me!

  These guys absolutely saved me, after over an hour of trawling around trying to find someone to fix my glasses I stumbled across the eye company. They very kindly not only fixed my glasses in less than 10 minutes, but fixed them free of charge! Thank you so much!

  I don’t say this lightly: this is genuinely some of the best service both in quality and customer care I’ve ever experienced in London. I didn't catch his name, but a silver-haired gentleman with a beard inspected a pair of glasses I brought in for a deep clean. They were in a right state, very old, with the acetate heavily damaged by sweat, so I honestly had very little hope. He kindly explained there was a real risk the frames might break when removing the lenses for the cleanup, which I completely understood. He told me he’d handle the job personally and that I’d only be charged if the glasses survived the process. I was told it could take up to five days, but I received a text for collection the very next day. I turned up assuming they had cracked, but to my absolute surprise, the glasses were beautifully restored in all their glory. You can tell a massive amount of care and attention went into the work, and I couldn’t have been happier. That was yesterday. Today, I went back with a second pair that had what looked like rust on the inside of the frame. A lovely lady took them, spent a good amount of time cleaning them, and confirmed it was actually just stubborn dirt. When she finished, she completely refused to take payment, just smiled, and wished me a good weekend. I walk past this shop daily and have always admired their beautiful frames, but I’ve always had my glasses and lenses done elsewhere. That will definitely be changing from now on. Truly remarkable service all around.
