  I used them to repair my PS2 that was having issues reading discs; good service, and affordable pricing. However, one negative is that I was meant to receive a text (and probably an email) notifying me when my local CeX received it back, as it was only because I called TechCentre asking for an update, that they told me it was delivered back a number of days before the call, I remember the female member of customer service staff jokingly said, "You're going to be mad at me", before letting me know when it came back, haha! Not to worry, I wasn't mad at all, just slightly disappointed! Tip: If sending your product via a CeX shop, like I did, ask them what day they'll send it, as my local CeX sends them once a week, also ask for an eta to the repair and overall eta back to the shop; and if you're ever concerned because you haven't received any notifications via text and/or email during the process, just call TechCentre up with any details you may need like your order/repair code.
