  I'd come across The Tech Centre on Google after my Meta Quest 3 had given up the ghost due to an overheating problem. All I had to do was to take it to my local CEX, their pickup point, and was told there would be a 2 week turnaround. Throughout, The Tech Centre had the headset, they would send a message as to how the repair was going. I received a message from The Tech Centre on the Friday telling me that the headset could be collected on the Tuesday from CEX. I tried calling CEX on the Tuesday to make sure it was there but they have no direct lines to the public ,so I called The Tech Centre after 3 rings the phone was answered and I was told the headset had been delivered on the Friday and they even gave me the name of the member of CEX who received it. Paid my £79.99 and got back my fully repaired headset with a year guarantee on the repair. Headset works fine if only they could fix my Golf+ swing ! Brilliant service 👏
