I just had my third survey done with survey merchant and once again was pleased with the results; our surveyor was Hussain and he produced a very thorough report of the property that was easy to read through and included a very high level of detail! The only issue I have encountered with using survey merchant is, due to being a returning customer, they have contacted previous estate agents to book the survey for a current property despite giving them up-to-date estate agent details. This has previously resulted in delays with booking the surveys because the incorrect estate agent was contacted, and I was told it was due to “previous estate agent details being tied to my name as a Survey Merchant returning customer” - it would be great if the admin team could ensure a fresh set of details is being checked when the survey request is sent, as not everyone uses the same estate agent twice! Thank you for the detailed and speedy survey reports, I would definitely recommend based on cost and detail :)

I needed a Red Book valuation for my property, and Survey Merchant delivered exceptional service. They explained everything in detail and provided an accurate valuation. Very professional and highly recommended!
