  Only a first session with Cornell but it couldn’t had gone better. He covered a lot of ground, dealing with injuries, and more besides. And a pleasant manner. I shall be booking him again.

  Super recommend Support & Sustain and Suzanne. Six weeks after spraining my ankle I was back up and running (literally) thanks to the team. The physio itself was very effective, and Suzanne customises the exercises to your preferences. Appointment availability was always good, and the location is really convenient in the heart of Camberwell.

  I pulled my muscles in the lower back and could barely walk. I came to sustain and support on same day and the next day I was released from pain, at least 80% of it was gone. The two visits I had help me to get back to my form within a week. I surely recommend it.
