I've been coming here for laser hair removal since last year and have had such a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Farah was brilliant during my consultation. She took the time to explain the whole process in detail and made sure the treatment was suitable for me due to some medication I take. I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable she was. Since then, I've been seeing Ilona for my treatments, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She always takes her time, is incredibly professional, and does such a thorough job. She makes every appointment comfortable and puts me completely at ease. A genuinely professional service with a friendly, welcoming team.

I had two eyelid skin tags removed by Farah. The service was prompt, professional and did not hurt (much). She carefully explained everything she was doing and the scars healed up quickly.
