  We used Selcom for a substantial renovation and loft conversion, and we're very pleased with the end result. Simon and the team were honest, approachable and easy to work with throughout the project. The standard of workmanship was good, communication was clear, and the pricing was fair and transparent. As with any major renovation, a few issues arose along the way, but they were dealt with professionally and fairly, which gave us confidence throughout the build. We'd be happy to recommend Selcom to others.

  SELCOM were Recomended by my next door neighbour. We are so pleased that we made the same choice. We had a pretty significant garden room project which included a sauna and cold plunge bath. A multi skills team were managed at every stage and were all fantastic to work with. Communication with the site team and the office was outstanding throughout. We especially valued the flexible approach when changes were requested. We have been absolutely delighted with the whole process and the final product. Bravo SELCOM!

  We used SELCOM to rip out a bathroom and make good the loft room. They gave a speedy competative quote, a suitable start date and job completion estimate. We needed a mix of professionals-electrician, plasterer, plumber, decorator, carpenter etc who all work for SELCOM directly so were co-ordinated throughout the job by Gary or Simon (the owner). They are backed up by the office staff who replied quickly to any queries. All of the team were polite, arrived when they said they would, cleared up after the days work and finished the job in 2 weeks. I would recommend them unreservedly

  We recently completed a loft conversion with Selcom and are delighted with the results. From the initial consultation through to completion the entire team were professional, reliable and highly skilled. Communication was clear throughout the build and any questions or issues were handled promptly. The team worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum and were clean and organised throughout.
