  I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SE1 OSTEO FOR 5 YEARS NOW ON OFF AND I ALWAYS COME OUT FEELING RELAXED AND REJUVENATED, MINUS ACHES AND PAINS.   Have been having sports massages with Kelly which have been excellent. She really finds those deep, angry pressure points and works on the problem areas until they feel released and eased. Kelly makes me feel completely at ease and I leave feeling much more mobile and relaxed!

  I’ve see Kelly on and off for 2 years for a number of different muscle and joint issues I have. I would highly recommend her. She always looks at issues holistically and I’m always able to feel results.

  Kelly has a unique breadth of experience and did a thorough check of my muscle and skeleton issues clearly explaining what was causing the pain in my knees. She worked on all my problem areas and I felt an immediate improvement in my flexibility and movements. I am looking forward to my next sessions. For the first time I felt listened to and properly assessed. I have already recommended Kelly to one of my friends!

  Kelly has been amazing in helping me get a hip/glute injury back to normal. She is super friendly, knowledgable and in only a few sessions was able to get me back being active again. Would recommend! Thank you!
