  Came in on a whim to get a korean lash lift and left feeling very happy with some gorgeous lashes! The lady who did my lashes (so sorry I forgot to catch your name!) was very attentive, careful and kind. I told her it was my first time getting a lash lift and she walked me through everything, and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time. Very satisfied and will 100% come back whenever I want another lash lift, thank you!

  My friend and I recently got Keratin and Nanoplasty treatments here. While it’s still too early for me to comment on the results — and I sincerely hope there are no issues on that front — unfortunately, the overall experience was less than satisfactory. When I asked to see the product being used on my hair, the response felt unnecessarily defensive. I was asked, “Don’t you trust us?” When the bottle was eventually shown to me, I was told that I could simply Google everything written on it. I don’t think asking to see a product that is being applied to your hair is unreasonable, and the reaction made what should have been a straightforward request quite uncomfortable. They then asked my friend whether she wanted to see the product being used on her hair as well. She did, but after seeing the attitude towards my request, she felt intimidated and uncomfortable asking. Later, another client arrived for a booking while my friend’s treatment was still underway. During the straightening stage, we noticed that relatively large sections of her hair were being taken at a time and the process felt quite rushed and heavy-handed. We could also hear the staff telling one another to hurry because the next client was waiting. Of course, I’m not a hair-treatment professional and can’t comment on the technical correctness of the process. However, as clients, we were left with the impression that the treatment was being rushed and that the level of care and attention to detail reduced once another client was waiting. For treatments like Keratin and Nanoplasty, where clients are trusting a salon with both the products being used and the application process, I would have expected greater transparency, patience and attention throughout. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Also, was asked to give a positive Google review for 5 pounds off. I consider this a serious red flag as well.
