  Absolutely incredible couples massage experience! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️✨ My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue couples massage for his birthday on Monday, and it was exactly what we needed! Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and professional. They explained everything clearly and gave us really helpful aftercare advice, which made the experience feel so thoughtful and personal. The massage itself was AMAZING. I was so relaxed that I genuinely think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The couples massage with a screen between us was perfect for what we wanted — we could enjoy the experience together while still having our own private space. The atmosphere was beautiful: dim lighting, candles, calming rain sounds and such a peaceful environment. 🕯️🌧️ The herbal tea at the end was a lovely finishing touch too. 🍵 I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and honestly like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ It was the perfect birthday treat and I would 100% recommend it. I’ll definitely be going back for my birthday as a treat to myself! 🥰

  This was not a Russian manicure at all. It was messy, unprofessional, and had bubbles. I’m really disappointed with my experience and the money I’ve paid. My daughter took us out to Greenwich to get our nails done, and I quickly realised the quality of the gel was bad and mistakes kept happening. I’m not sure why they hire untrained personnel. The lady was lovely, and they did offer us coffee and tea which was really nice, but at the end of the day, we came there for a manicure, not for a chat. My daughter is too shy to say anything, but she was not the most pleased with her manicure either. Please see the photos. I’d be happy to delete this review if an appropriate solution is offered.   Absolutely loved my experience at Rush & Ry! The team provided exceptional guidance and genuinely took the time to understand what suited me best. I received more honest advice and personal attention than I have at many bigger salon brands. The results exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling confident and happy. They truly deserve the same recognition as salons like Toni & Guy. Highly recommend!

  I genuinely don’t understand how a business can be this disorganised and unprofessional. I had to go to the salon three separate times just to try to get the haircut I wanted booked. The first time, I was told that the only person who could book my appointment was nowhere to be found. The second time, I was specifically told to come back at 7:30 pm. When I arrived, a different member of staff told me I didn’t have any booking at all. After making me wait for another 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what had happened, the only solution they could offer was an appointment for the following day. I refused. If a salon can’t manage something as basic as booking an appointment, I certainly don’t trust them to come anywhere near my head with a pair of scissors. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional service.

  The absolute state of my hair cut is awful. i asked for a long bob,to which it was cut way more than what i asked. my hair was so beautiful and long before and now it’s so so choppy and uneven as you can see. she was very heavy handed and i felt she was barely looking at my hair when cutting and was just chopping randomly whilst talking to her colleague most of the time. i genuinely don’t understand how this lady even has a license to cut hair, definitely won’t be back and now im going somewhere else to get this fixed. she even took before and after pictures. update: i have been to get it fixed. the hairdresser in the proper salon i went to said that the lady that did my hair (Sim) doesn’t know how to do layers. i’d didn’t ever even ask for layers so i don’t understand why it ended up so short. now i have to wait for these ugly layers to grow out. never ever going ever again and i suggest you avoid if you don’t want to cry all night like me beacuse of botched hair.
