  We've worked with One Point across multiple projects through Beams and they've been excellent throughout. Omar leads from the front - he's responsive, solution-oriented, and clearly takes pride in the finish. Timelines are taken seriously and clients come away happy, which is ultimately what matters most. One Point are a top-quality builder we trust and keep coming back to over and over. I can't recommend Omar and One Point highly enough.

  I contacted One Point Services Ltd. through Trustatrader in order to sort out the fiasco left by Profix, a plumber I had hired through Checkatrade. From the start, they were reassuringly efficient, responsive and informative. I needed a company with a wider remit than just plumbing since, along with laving me a non-functioning flush, the previous plumber had fitted a new lavatory but either chose not to mention (verypoor) or failed to notice (appalling) that the lavatory door was then blocked from closing 🙄. A technician (Aziz) was able to visit from One Point very soon after I called, arriving on time and, having analysed the problem, fixed it with a few minor but obviously skillful adjustments. He was also able to give me some excellent advice about the door closure issue. Gratifyingly, since he had not had to change anything, my invoice was reduced (unrequested). Subsequently, dealing with Yahwa at the office, he has been consistently very responsive, informative and very helpfully accommodating. Pleasantly impressed, all the more so by contrast to the interactions with Profix. I seriously doubt that One Point are especially cheap but, given the quality of service I have received, they should not be. In continuation, being more than satisfied with the work executed by One Point Services, I subsequently employed them to do some further work on my property, this time of a more electrical nature (which, given ever-changing regulations must be, to put it mildly, challenging). Mr. Asif, the organiser, was able to arrange the work being done within 4 days of my permission to proceed the estimate. The work has been done quickly, efficiently and effectively - AGAIN. Very good.

  We worked with One Point to completely gut and renovate our 1930s house. They were amazing throughout! Great communication, fair pricing, professional and they delivered the project on time. The entire team was great to work with. Highly recommend them!
