  My GP, Dr Djordjevic, is always very helpful and I find it easy to make an appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism is a much more general one which relates to the whole of the NHS. I believe that the introduction of 3rd party services such as Cora and Patch’s, whilst easy for the GP to use and refer, result, for the patient, in a layer of unnecessary administration and ultimately wasted expenditure by the nhs. I believe that these services are incentivised to avoid providing direct specialist consultation focussing on triage and online form filling which only serve to frustrate the patient and delay proper treatment. The costs to provide these so-called services would be better spent on providing more specialists with direct patient access. This is the model used in e.g France with much better availability as a result.

  Excellent service by all staff working at this surgery every time I contact them starting with the receptionist who is always patient and understanding, nurse is always exceptional and Dr Djordjevic provides the best possible service every time without exception.
