  After three years of frustration and four different companies trying — and failing — to identify the source of a persistent roof leak, Kinson and Birch finally solved the problem. Each previous company attempted to redo the work of the one before, yet none managed to fix the issue. Kinson and Birch did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their work was meticulous, clean, and highly professional, and most importantly, the problem is now completely resolved. They also took care of the interior repairs, including insulation and painting, all done with great attention to detail and respect for my home. This is a company made up of people of exceptional quality, both professionally and personally. I am incredibly grateful for their work and cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Kinson and Birch unfortunately really let us down. The work done caused more issues and the customer service was unacceptable. They fitted a new gutter which leaked within days and caused water to come flooding through our kitchen roof in multiple places. I emailed and called immediately asking for someone to come and fix it. After five emails and two phone calls later with no response, we had to call out another company as an emergency to come and fix Kinson and Birch's issue. I would absolutely NOT recommend.
