  I've had a property in the area for more than 25 years and after so many variable experiences with various trades, Richard and team are what I needed years ago. They were easy to get hold of by phone or msg and the work was done as agreed, to a high standard, the property left very clean and tidy. Communication was excellent, including detailed written quote and receipt/invoice, which were all delivered promptly.

  I honestly cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough. The service is genuinely second to none. We used them for the first time today for an end of tenancy clean at a three bedroom, two bathroom property we manage in Islington, and the results were absolutely incredible. The property was, quite frankly, filthy when they arrived, and somehow they managed to completely transform it. Every room, bathroom, surface and corner was left absolutely spotless. The difference was remarkable and far exceeded our expectations. Having worked in property for many years, I have dealt with countless cleaning and maintenance companies, and the standard of service we received today was among the very best I have ever experienced. Richard himself is also an absolute credit to the business. He is incredibly professional, helpful and reliable, and seems to be contactable at virtually any hour of the day. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you genuinely get the impression that he cares about the service his company provides and the reputation he has built. It is increasingly rare to find a company that combines exceptional workmanship with this level of customer service. Richard and his team deserve every bit of praise they receive. An absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly be using them for our properties going forward. If I could give more than five stars, I genuinely would!

  Really happy with the service we received. The admin team are very efficient, with great communication and usually respond within minutes. The workers are reliable, clean and tidy and just got on with the job with no messing about, which I really like. Nothing is too much trouble and the price was much better than any of the other quotes we received. Everything was completed to a good standard and I’d be more than happy to use them again.thanks JMP

Communication was excellent from the beginning. Richard responded quickly, explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went above and beyond to ensure everything was dealt with properly. Richard is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and completely dependable. He takes real pride in his work, arrives when promised and makes sure every job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Even potentially stressful maintenance problems are made straightforward because he takes responsibility and focuses on finding the right solution.
