  JEP is the real deal, they really helped us out of a bind and lowered our 500kg mixer into the basement of our shop. The guys were friendly, helpful and quick. They didn’t job safely without issue or risk taking. They were careful when handling our kit as to not damage it or the newly decorated shop. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend them.

  Their drivers think its ok to throw cigarette buts out of the vehicle and onto the floor for others to pick up. Disgusting! Have some respect for others and the country you live and operate your business in. What makes this worse is a member of the owning family drives this vehicle. Is this really how you want to represent your brand? How selfish of you.

  Oxford University Department of Chemistry recently relocated an academic research group from Imperial College London to Oxford Department of Chemistry this involved relocating a number of large optical tables which were to large to go into our goods lift and had to be craned down to the basement via a lightwell. JEP arrange all the traffic management, permits and arrangements with the city council seeking the most efficient solution. They collected the optical tables several days earlier from Imperial and stored them, transporting them to Oxford and undertaking the lift on a Sunday morning to minimise the risk and impact to our neighbours and operational continuity. Many thanks for your effort it was very quick and efficient. We will be repeating the same task in March 2026 and will be using JEP again.
