  The class with John was excellent. First time doing boxing training and he was patient as well as extremely informative when explaining the beginner boxing fundamentals. Highly recommend this class to someone hesitating to start at the beginning.

  Had my trial session today and it was intense, technical and incredibly welcoming, it made me feel welcomed and wanting to come back. Jon was my instructor and he was really easy to follow, helping me every step of the way.
