I took a free trial class alongside my sister and the trainers were lovely and informative they all came around the class to help inform and introduce themselves - definitely worth coming along and checking out for yourself!!!

It was my first time going to a boxing class. I went to the women's class and everyone there was very friendly and it was great exercise.
