  Had my first ever facial and massage at HB Therapy in East Dulwich and was really impressed from start to finish. Denise was fantastic — so attentive, professional and made sure I was completely comfortable. My skin looked amazing afterwards, so refreshed! The salon is clean, modern and really relaxing, and the new renovation looks great. Special shout out to Yeliz for always making the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. A lovely experience overall and I’ll definitely be back!

  I honestly can’t recommend HB Therapy East Dulwich enough. I had a full back massage and a facial with light therapy with Charlotte, and it was genuinely one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The massage was incredible! Charlotte was so gentle but still firm enough to really work through the tension. I don’t think I’ve ever felt that relaxed after a massage. It was exactly what I needed. The facial was just as good. Charlotte took the time to ask me what I actually wanted from the treatment and tailored it around my skin and what I was looking for. She also gave me really helpful aftercare advice, which I appreciated. The treatment room itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has such a lovely atmosphere. It also smells AMAZING!! I genuinely wanted to ask what the scent was the entire time! Overall, such a lovely experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a massage or facial in East Dulwich, I’d highly recommend HB Therapy. 10/10.

  I visited the salon a few days ago for a 30-minute pedicure. I spent 37 minutes in the salon. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the result. The nails were uneven, and I don’t feel that it was possible to do a proper pedicure within the 30-minute appointment time. I also regret having my own nail polish removed, as I actually preferred how my nails looked beforehand. That being said, I really want to highlight the positives. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and welcoming, and the room where the treatment took place was lovely and very relaxing. The atmosphere was genuinely wonderful, and I felt very comfortable.
