  Strawberries and Cream, Salt and Pepper, Bacon and Eggs, Harrisons and Funerals. To say that this family run establishment goes above and beyond is an understatement. Having recently lost my dear, elderly father, myself and my family were very distraught. After a visit to Harrisons of Highgate, I felt we had made the right choice. From the initial meeting, right through to the day of the service and cremation, the whole event was handled with warmth, friendliness and professional courtesy. I speak truly from the heart when I say, my late father, and our family were treated with the upmost respect, compassion and empathy, from start to finish and beyond. Thank you to Charlotte, Katya, and all the family who were involved. Big up to Max, who even in the face of extreme provocation on the day of the service, handled himself with dignity and class. On behalf of myself, and my family, we thank you for all you done for our late father, Basil, and us. You truly deserve all the plaudits you receive.   just wanted to say a big thank you to Charlotte and her fellow workers for help me arrange my brother’s funeral, through a time of stress and grief they was there to support and help me so once again big thank you to charlotte and Harrison funeral home.

  The emotional pain, stress, tears and worry Harrison caused me and my family. They have shown this is is by far the worst profit making wicked, unprofessional funeral directors in London. Regret is the hardest thing I can say. I think how my brother was buried without a dignity, with out the suit I sent. Our mother came from USA and could not see her son for the last time. They lied and played in our faces. They sent my brother to wrong funerial home. Called me the day before his funeral to cancel due to not having the right papers. I was so depressed after what they put me through. I was ignored for over a year. No returned call appolagies. But as soon as I spoke to the press, then they called. For years I have held in the gult of trusting the monsters with my later brother. They quickly took my money. Took months to organise the funeral. Giving out business cards with out permission. I ordered a dove no dove despite promise. Used flowers. On the coffin. It haunts me how they had no regard. I have had no closure. I feel this is my way of healing. I let my brother down. These people arre not decent human beings.

  Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. Mary is absolutely fantastic at her job and looks after your every need. I would not hesitate to recommend her 100%. You won't find anyone more sympathetic, professional and as understanding as Mary in your time of need. X
