  What can I say this lady really handles my hair with care. And it doesn’t feel tight or uncomfortable after sitting in the chair. Thank you Millie she really knows her stuff and her customer service is amazing.

  So attentive and caring. Very understanding to my needs every visit and amazing customer service. I’ve been coming here for 5 months and even though I’ve moved out of the area, I still travel to go to specifically Millie.

  Rubbish hair done by the fair skin lady in the middle of the salon. 100% would not recommend. She will respond to this review saying that she has not seen you before just to not take any accountability.

  I got my hair done here less than 3 weeks ago and it was done terribly. I’ve had to visit again twice in 2 weeks to get it fixed as it was all falling out and now the band she used for the frontal is so tight on my head, that it is giving me a headache. And guess what not even an apology on both occasions! Rubbish customer service skills. Maybe for braids she is good but for weave I definitely would not recommend.
