I am really disappointed as Simon had great initial reviews and I was hoping to build an ongoing working relationship, but I cannot in good conscience recommend him and will not be using him again. He started off well with good communication and the main work, however the job was never properly finished. Touch ups and snagging were repeatedly delayed and multiple confirmed appointments rescheduled, including a final agreed visit where no one showed up and calls went unanswered. The project was meant to be completed by 01 November and I am still chasing 3 weeks later with no resolution. Most concerning of all, on one occasion he left the home completely unsecured, with both the flat door and the main house door wide open when he left in the evening. This was extremely dangerous and entirely unacceptable. Very disappointing lack of follow through at the end of what should have been a straightforward job.

Simon and Jack were friendly and professional, they painted our walls and decorated the woodwork (especially the banister) and transformed it! All within a week, and at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with the final product!
