  I’ve been having consultations with Jaz whenever I face health issues that can be reviewed under the Pharmacy First service. He’s always polite and sensitive when a consultation is needed, and takes the time to explain every step clearly. I’m really happy to have this as my regular nominated pharmacy.

  I honestly can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. Everyone who works here is so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. It’s the pharmacy I always come to whenever I need advice or have any concerns, and I always leave feeling listened to and well looked after. They take the time to understand what’s going on rather than rushing you, and they always make you feel comfortable and cared for. A special thank you to Hafsa, who went above and beyond for me. She spent so much time talking through my skin concerns, explaining everything clearly, and recommending a skincare routine that was tailored to me rather than just trying to sell products. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and wants you to leave feeling confident in what you’re buying. I’m so lucky to have a pharmacy like this in my neighbourhood. Having healthcare professionals who are knowledgeable, patient and truly care about their customers is invaluable. Thank you to Hafsa and the whole team for always making me feel seen, supported and in such good hands. ❤️

  I've been coming here for years and always have amazing service and very helpful advice. Today I also did an ear wax removal with Sabina, who was absolutely fantastic. Thanks a lot!
