  Went along for microsection and Devika refused to even try the procedure due to the Otex drops I'd used "transforming my ear wax" and this could "make my hearing worse". With a tone that suggested the whole situation was my fault. The ENT surgeon I saw afterwards had no issues removing the wax and actually cost me less.

  First time with microsuction and was very impressed with the care and service I received at Devika James. Booking an appointment was friendly and straightforward and the questions I had answered thoroughly. On the day, I was seen straight away and the suction process itself was very quick and painless - much less intrusive than syringing. Customer service was excellent throughout. Will be revisiting the next time my ears require it!
