  When I asked the female shop assistant at the time of purchase what to do if I wasn't satisfied, she told me I could return it within 28 days if I am unhappy with the product. When I went to return it the next day, first she checked the speakers and then packed it up and told me to wait for a while. But when she called the manager, she refused my refund because I already opened it, if customers can't get a refund because customers already opened it, why did she check the speakers and pack it up first and not reject me in the first place? She does not familiar with the return policy and told me the incorrect return policy. It was her business incompetence that told me the wrong policy and I should not be the one who take the consequences. Check the cameras to prove if she checked the product and packed them first, and called her manager before refusing my return. I will initiate a lawsuit if my return is still refused.
