  100% a 5-star garage. Outstanding service, super helpful, and friendly staff who truly know what they’re doing—a breath of fresh air compared to other places I’ve used. I recently bought my Bentley Continental here. It had a brake issue and a window problem, both of which they fixed for a price I was more than happy with. They saved me a absolute fortune on the window repair, which bentley would have ripped me off charging thousands for. This is one of only two garages I genuinely trust with my car. I’d fully recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, guys—really appreciate the work!

  Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! 🙌 We had a strange noise coming from our Jaguar, and after another garage said it was too complicated for them and recommended finding a specialist, we came across this little hidden gem in Furzedown. The whole experience was so straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and there was complete transparency throughout. I particularly liked the video feedback: it was really helpful to actually see where on car was the issue ( visually). The diagnosis with quote was sent across the same day and the car was fully fixed the very next day, which was fantastic! The rates were also very competitive, especially for the level of service provided. They even updated the online service history, which was a lovely added touch. I’m so pleased we’ve finally found a garage we can trust and will definitely be returning for anything our car needs in the future. If you have a Jaguar or Land Rover and are looking for a specialist, I’d definitely recommend them. A real hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( pics added - screenshots of the diagnosis video)

  Honesty, diligence, expertise and outstanding customer service - what more could you want. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Following an issue with the brakes and the appearance of a number of warning lights I took my pickup to Chelsea Autobridge. Instead of simply responding to the first diagnostic the technician diligently traced the fault to clean and check the connectors. This avoided the replacement of a single and expensive part. Very impressed with the expertise and willingness to track down the fault. 5 stars.
