If CEX Rathbone can't ensure that only qualified staff assess equipment, and if a confirmed offer means nothing ten minutes after the customer leaves, they shouldn't be in the second-hand trade. A simple 'we don't want it' from the start would have been fine.

- CSChris SouthgateMar 24, 20264.0I assume this is the original CEX store? Anyway I first came here in the late 90s and bought Rogue Squadron for the N64. It's nice to see the place is still going and doesn't look that different. If you're lucky they still have the odd N64 and other retro video game stock. A lot more stock than the Tottenham Court Rd store but as with all CEX branches the prices on recent systems are much too high. Many of the PS5, Switch 2 and even Switch 1 games are cheaper new than from here.
