  Sold them my iPhone 📱 and Apple Watch ⌚ and had to wait for 90 mins ⏳ while they did their checks, but I got a very good price 💰 and got a good deal on a Google Pixel 11 Pro 📱, so very happy! 😊

  Had to return a 1TB SSD which I bought a day earlier from the sister store to this one in Tottenham Court Road. That store didn't have a replacement in store and advised me to do the swap here as they had the identical drive to my faulty one in stock. The staff at this store were happy to do the exchange and even came up with a solution to avoid me having to wait 30-60 minutes for them to test the faulty device I was returning by allowing me to buy the working device they had in stock and arrange for the refund of my costs for the faulty device I returned to be credited back to my card by the noon the following day if the refund was not credited back by the close of business on the day I initiated the return. They kept their promise and the refund was credited back to me the next day. Many thanks and gratitude from me to the CEX members of staff at both stores who were helpful, courteous and professional towards me throughout the entire purchase/return/repkace/refund process of me acquiring the item I ordered from CEX online and collected in store. Top notch service and customer care made me a very satisfied customer. I was so happy with the product and service that I bought the same product again from their store in Holloway Road 👍🏿 😀

  I have nothing bad to say about the store itself or the people who work there, but the prices for me are too steep. I’m not sure if it’s a his particular store but I remember seeing a lot of games selling for cheaper. £50 for used ps5 games is just insane to me. I get it, you’re a store and you need to make profits, but surely there’s a middle ground.
