Friendly staff, great customer service which makes the experience of visiting more enjoyable.

Within 6 months the inner screen cracked during normal use and I went to the Woolwich shop for checking it out. CeX refused to even properly inspect it, relied on a few photos, and instantly wrote it off as “accidental/physical damage”, denying any repair, replacement or refund. In my view this is a completely unfair way to treat customers, and their 5‑year warranty advertising feels misleading and worthless for expensive phones or foldables.
