  The staff were amazing! I got a great deal on a big TV that’s in really good condition. Since I was on my own one of the staff helped me carry it to the car and offered to wait with me on the busy high street <3

  Genuinely incredible customer service; I shop there a lot and they always have something to say about the game or film, and recently fixed stick drift on my controllers for me for free (thank you to the lovely dark-haired young lady with amazing makeup). Will be coming here a lot more

  This review is only being made to compliment the staff members and the insanely impressive customer service I received and witnessed others receive too. Yash, T and Oscar served me on 5/09/26 - 6/09/26 Think they actually delivered some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Happy, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and zero pressure! If any higher ups read this you should definitely pay attention to what this team are doing because the difference between this and other stores is insane. 👏👏👏 Well done to the team for taking pride and care in their job.

  Exceptional service - after click and collecting a TV with no thinking on how to get it home, the staff checked it worked in store, helped wrap it up as best as possible given no boxes were big enough, and even carried down half the road to get it into our Uber!

  Horrible stuff specially the manager and the other guy also very rude all time, they try always to take in advantage of the situation made always excuses to don't do job and give less money...Horrible place definitely!!!
