  I have been to this CEX numerous times over many years and had zero issues. However as of the last two three months a certain member of male staff whenever I give him my items he immediately taps or starts shaking my item to find an excuse to not even book it for test. It’s an immediate refusal, today he shook a set of racing pedals and said there is a rattling within the device. Which I then asked two customers either side of me to shake it and tell me if they hear it. Both denied being able to hear this rattling I shook it myself and didn’t hear it when he shook it again neither me or both customers could hear it. However his female coworker said she hears it despite being next to the test bench and not at the registers so how can she hear something that far away when we are shaking and listening next to our ears. It seems cex have hired captain marvel. I will go to a different cex, with the exact same items they will book it in and tell me c or b grade and voucher or cash. However this member of staff and his female co worker both backed each other up every time I have come in there. I have zero issues in any other CEX store but this one i have been immediately refused every single time. (The male has also accidentally “forgot” to give me the cables to my devices back and has even interrogated me if they were mine in the first place) I have asked a friend to take my items instead to this shop (different race to me) and they’re immediately accepted and tested within the hour. Which leads me to believe that these two members of staff are racially profiling customers the two members of staff are both of south Asian decent. I am black and I tested my theory using a white friend of mine with the exact same items which they tested and gave him cash. I will not be returning to this CEX as it is with absolute abhorrent members of staff who treat people based on their skin colour and what they look like which I have personally tested and found to be true. Makes me wonder how CEX allows such blatant racism within their doors. But I’m just the messenger Edit: The pedals were taken to Enfield town cex and were tested and bought by cex as seen in this receipt

  These guys are scammers; they said they could buy back a two-week-old product I purchased for £125 for just £45. That isn't a fair deal.

  Awful service told 20 minutes for the test been 4 hours and nothing get bitchy comments at the front last time I ever go in

  Hello my son just come to your store to collected his ps5 controller he is been waiting since 1 april and now 13 april and after he came home he press the ps button to connected ps5 and after there is 3 lines in the ps5 controller is usually 1 line to connect to ps5 he could'nt play his ps5 and he is angry and sad
