  Bought a ps3 slim unboxed and the controller had wireless connectivity problems. Got it exchanged a couple of times at different branches and yet was still faulty. After having a frustrating experience trying to resolve an issue with faulty controller at a couple of other branches, I took it back to the Kilburn store. Abdul was incredibly attentive, professional, and handled the situation brilliantly. He listened to the issue, tested the faulty controller, and made sure everything was completely resolved before I left. Fantastic customer service.

  Honestly, this was one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a PS5 that turned out to have a problem. Before I bought it, I was clearly told, “If there’s a problem with it, you can bring it back.” But when I actually returned with the console, he completely went back on his word and said, “I’m not taking it back.” Taking customers’ money is easy, but when it comes to taking responsibility for selling faulty goods, suddenly everything changes. The attitude was extremely rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to sort out the problem, he came out with irrelevant excuses and acted like the customer was the problem. We have also raised the matter with the police and reported what happened. If you call this a business, at least have the decency to stand by what you tell your customers before taking their money. I’m extremely disappointed with both the purchase and the way I was treated. I would strongly recommend anyone buying from this shop to test everything thoroughly and get any return agreement in writing before handing over a single penny.

  IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD CLEARLY SOME STAFF DOESN'T KNOW HIS JOB TRYING TO TEACH ME WHEN I KNOW HIS JOB BETTER THEN HE DOES (MUST BE NEW OR JUST D&S) TELLING ME THEY CANT BUY MY CPU AS IT HAS NO BOX I SOLD MANY CPU WITH NO ISSUES HERE AT KILBURN. AS SOON I SAID YOU ARE OBLIGED TO TAKE THE CPU WITHOUT THE BOX AS IF I MAKE A COMPLAINT TO HEAD OFFICE THEY WOULD ALSO SAY TO TAKE THE CPU HE BECOMES AGITATED, CLEARLY NOT FIT TO WORK HERE AS IF A CUSTOMER WANTS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT THEY CAN NO MATTER THE REASON AND THE STAFF SHOULD NOT BE AGITATED AND POINT OUT THE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE INSTEAD. IN THIS CASE I COULD CLEARLY TELL THIS MEMBER OF STAFF BECOME FRUSTRATED AS SOON AS I SAID COMPLAIN, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB GO ELSEWHERE CLEARLY NOT TRAINED TO WORK FOR CEX INSTEAD LOSING CEX BUSINESS. HE ALSO TAKES THE CPU AND SAYS THE PINS ARE BENT HE CANT TAKE IT REGARDLESS THE PHOTO IS ATTACHED AND ITS GOOD AS NEW. ANOTHER STAFF WHICH HE SHOWS THE CPU SAYING HE IS A PC EXPERT CLEARLY HAD NO CLUE WHAT HIS LOOKING AT. KILBURN CEX DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE WITH YOUR ITEMS SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO BUSINESS RATHER THEN THINKING THEY KNOW IT ALL. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! GOT A EMAIL TODAY BACK FROM HEAD OFFICE SAYING THE STAFF REFUSED THE CPU AS THE PINS WERE BENT WHICH CLEARLY THE STAFF LIED TO HEAD OFFICE AS IF THEY CHECK MY ACCOUNT THEY CAN SEE WITHIN 1 HOUR THE SAME CPU WAS HANDED TO CEX CAMDEN WHO BOUGHT IT, IF THE PINS WERE BENT WHY DID CAMDEN BUY IT, DID THEY JUST BUY A BROKEN CPU FROM ME? THIS IS CLEAR THAT YOU HAVE A STAFF WHO CLEARLY LIED TO HEAD OFFICE I WANT THIS ESCALATED TO A SENIOR. HAVE YOU ALSO SEEN HOW MANY REVIEWS YOU HAVE ON THIS MEMBER OF STAFF ABDUL OR THE ARABIC LOOKING GUY?
