  Absolutely terrible example of a CeX Store Unbothered Staff, Odd Policies. Shady Example Of A Store. Not offered a receipt during or after a sale. Returned with an issue. Turned away despite having proof of payment in from bank

  I bought a game in Cex Exchange a week ago, the game was no longer suitable for me. I couldn't find my receipt for the game so I asked the manager Abdul if I could exchange it for a product of the same value. I was told I couldn't and to provide a receipt, and my only other option was to sell it back to the store and get 1p for it, which was a ridiculous suggestion.I was told by a staff member after many requests to check the cctv to prove a receipt was not handed to me when I bought the product, and I was right as the staff member then informed me that the receipt was put in the other game (case) I also bought on the same day.And I was not told it was put in this case when I bought it. I found the receipt and came back the next day to exchange the product with my receipt and was told it wasn't possible as 48 hours had passed since I purchased the product. So I am now stuck with a product I don't want because of this very silly rule, the staff also do not make it clear that customers only have 48 hours to exchange or return their product and it is also not clear on the receipt.The manager of the store is also very rude and unprofessional, as well as the staff in the store who ignore you when you walk in and have barely any customer service skills. I therefore will not be coming back to this branch again and they have lost me as a customer. I do NOT recommend this store. I would give this store no stars but that is not possible so I had to give it 1 star. Very disappointing.

  Sold a meta quest 3s here, despite time constraints of closing times, an employee by the name Omar I believe who was wearing very stylish glasses didn’t let these time constraints stop him from testing the entire headset and getting me the money for it, great and friendly customer service on his behalf. 5 stars
