  Just know that your warranty will not be respected. I bought an XBox from them and two weeks later the wifi card, a known problem on that model, failed. I brought it in for either a replacement or repair. I was told that they will not fix it or replace it despite their claim that all products are sold with a limited warranty. The product was not damaged by liquid, or by myself. It failed in normal conditions on my desk. Will not buy from Cex ever again.

  Really great service at CeX. Kai and Muhammad were both very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly regarding my warranty issue and made sure everything was handled properly and fairly. They were patient, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate their help in sorting out my laptop issue.   Sold me a faulty item but at least got it refunded even though they should do test on it before they get it they still sold it and when I gave the item to the guy he literally dropped it made a ticket for us made us come back in 20 min and said it was faulty well nah you probably made it worse it was only no connect he probably made it not even work
