  Disabled lady sadly ignored as she couldnt get upto to counter. Incredibly slow service. Very uninterested staff on many occasions. Most recent visit had 5 controllers repaired. 4 ok so far. But not notified of return on last controller and came to chase up but was told any controller left more than 1 month will be discarded. Very disappointed.

  Useless staff I took my ps5 to sell and the staff member that served me said the tester is going on lunch so they can test my item at 5pm and I will have my money by 5:30pm today. I waited and still nothing so I went to the store and they said the ps5 hasn’t been fully tested yet as it still needs to update. I told them the situation that I brought this item in at 1pm and now they are telling me I will get my money at 12pm or 1pm tomorrow. Never use this branch they are useless and con people.

  Came in the store with a phone to sell …. They ask me to come back in 30 min just to discover that they probably change the phone cause now it wasn’t good anymore and it was making a noise…. Which it wasn’t at the beginning…. Don’t have the proof, That they changed the phone, but really don’t advise anyone to go over there!

  Did a click and collect online whilst in store. Told it will be 45 mins to 2 hours until I can collect this was at 1800 and they close at 1900. Travelled an hour to get there have been told in store to come back and collect tomorrow

  I left my thigs to assess and give price in Wembley shop, they said will contact me on the next day. I wrote to customer service they said 2 days to contact the shop, nothing. I went next weekend at the shop there they couldn't unlock need pin, okay I unlocked it. Waiting another week to contact me, received another email from customer service they still couldn't contact the shop. I went again the following weekend for third time, the guys there couldn't figure out what and why... I just collected my stuff and will never step again in any of this shops. Absolute waste of time and money, 3 weekends on a row driving, pay for parking carry things... crap. Delete all my details from your records and never contact me again under any circumstances, I am not interested to your follow up as well
