  Poor customer service … the lady on the counter ( Indian I guess new face ) doesn’t know stuff… I bought in a beginner ct200 cable tester and in ear monitoring sets ( receivers and transmitter) Xvive brand and she had no clue whatsoever of what these items were … asking me for cables for the cable tester …been a customer for many years …quality of service is getting worse. Miss all the old staff don’t see them much.

  I would keep to thank VIDISHA,(providing great customer service) from CeX in Wembley, very professional service, very polite, helped me resolve my concerns with choosing a game console .

  Just know that your warranty will not be respected. I bought an XBox from them and two weeks later the wifi card, a known problem on that model, failed. I brought it in for either a replacement or repair. I was told that they will not fix it or replace it despite their claim that all products are sold with a limited warranty. The product was not damaged by liquid, or by myself. It failed in normal conditions on my desk. Will not buy from Cex ever again.
