  Starting to think none of them have a clue about tech. Sold me a game that is completely discontinued on the app stores so can’t be played. Sold me a keyboard that needed to have a USB dongle with it to be received by the PC. Getting tiresome

  Dear owner of this CEX you need to get more DVDS and steelbooks in for more people to come in and look at the physical meadia like blue rays and Normale Dvds and 4KHD

  Although on previous occasions I’ve been treated with respect and professionalism, on 7th Jul 2026 I visited the store to sell an iPad and my experience with a staff member was very disappointing. The colleague I dealt with (a shorter gentleman with curly hair and a full beard, who has been friendly on prior visits) spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. After I handed over my iPad for testing, he didn’t tell me how long the testing would take or what the next steps were. I also didn’t receive any clear confirmation that the process was complete—he essentially tossed the receipt/confirmation at me and then ignored me. After leaving the item for testing, I received no email confirmation, no update on the test, and no payment, even by late that night and into the next morning. This was unusual compared with my previous experiences with your business, which is why I choose to use your store. The next day I returned with my receipt to ask for an update. When I asked what was happening with my iPad, the same colleague appeared irritated and responded along the lines of: “I’ll tell you what—you can have your iPad back mate.” I’m not writing this to be difficult—I’m sharing it because I believe customers should be treated professionally and kept informed, especially when leaving valuable items in-store.
