He told me to go on Monday, when went Monday he said it is 91 pounds. i asked your voucher is 126 and he started misbehave with me. Please avoide this shop. Too much rude and fraud.

The tall white guy, who I believe is the manager, opened the console box after I had already paid for it and started removing items from inside, claiming they were not included in the original packaging. That made no sense. It's like buying a second-hand car and having the dealer remove all the optional extras the previous owner had added. Unfortunately, I needed the console that day, so I couldn't go elsewhere. However, I made it very clear that I was not happy with the way I was treated. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this shop.

They denied to buy multiple items from myself on multiple visits based on the fact that someone else already came in recently and sold like 10 of the item I wanted to sell. AFTER SPEAKING TO A MEMBER OF STAFF FROM ANOTHER BRANCH, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE REFUSING TO BUY ITEMS WHICH ARE CLEARLY LISTED ON THE CEX WEBSITE AS AN ITEM TO SELL. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE EVER. THEY HAVE WASTED HOURS OF MY PERSONAL TIME DURING THESE HEATWAVES. THIS STORE NEEDS AUDITING AND YOU NEED TO RESTRUCTURE OR RE-EDUCATE YOUR STAFF IN THIS BRANCH ON POLICIES AND ETC. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC 😡
