  Not the largest selection but was much happier with this, than my trip to the Camden branch earlier that day. Picked up 15 blu ray/4k movies, staff were a great bunch and we had a good laugh at my apology for buying that many films right before closing. I never thought I would be that customer. Thanks again.

  ​I specifically used the CeX "Drop & Go" online feature to ensure this branch would accept my large TV before I went through the effort of hauling it there. After entering my details, I received a confirmed sales order and an email explicitly instructing me to drop it off. ​However, when I arrived, about 1 hour before closing time, I was told this specific location doesn't accept TVs. I showed them my confirmed app order, but they still refused. Honestly, I'm not sure who is really at fault here. It’s either a major flaw in CeX's IT system for confirming an order at a branch that physically can't take it, or it's the staff of this branch. ​They did kindly call another branch for me, so I ended up dragging the TV over there. They severely lowballed the price, but by that point, I was too exhausted to carry it back home, so I just took the deal. ​ To their credit, the transaction itself was highly efficient. They processed the deal quickly, and the money was in my bank account within an hour of my visit (probably less). ​My Advice? I think you're better off going to another branch. Also, be prepared for a low offer. But if you have the patience to sell outside then definitely do that.

  Poor customer service. I wanted to get rid of my old laptop and was told that it would need 24hours to get it checked so I came in the next day at 4pm, which was the time I was told to come back at. I was told to come back in a hour instead because they hadn't updated the laptop which I said no to because I had other plans. Unprofessional of them to not inform me about that beforehand since I did leave my phone number. Went in today only to be told that my laptop wouldn't be accepted because theres a slight dent on the side. This could have been told to me when I first bought it in. Complete waste of my time. Avoid this place.

  The manager of whitechapel is a fraud and cheater person. i bought a mobile phone fron him and it was too bad quality, when i went to return he didn't take then i sold him to £126 pounds and gave me a receipt. He told me to go on Monday, when went Monday he said it is 91 pounds. i asked your voucher is 126 and he started misbehave with me. Please avoide this shop. Too much rude and fraud.
