  Really disappointed with my experience. I initially brought my iPad in for a motherboard repair, which they completed. However, when I got home and checked the device properly, I noticed few shadows on the screen that was not there before (ipad never touched before). I immediately took it back, but they refused to take responsibility, claiming it was a screen issue and that I would need to pay an additional £150 on top of the £200 I had already spent on the repair. To make matters worse, when I called to let them know I would collect my iPad the next day, I arrived an hour before closing time and was handed back my device covered in tape. It looked completely unprofessional The customer service was poor, there was no accountability for the issue, and the condition in which my iPad was returned was unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning and cannot recommend this business.

  Awful, stay away. Replaced my screen and broke the speaker. Went back three times but kept fobbing me off. Promised to call me but never did. Liars and untrustworthy.

  I pop up earlier for an iPhone battery replacement. It was done by very experienced technicians with precision and at a very short time. Siddik made me very comfortable to deal with it . Thanks siddik.

  Top service - changed the battery in my IPhone 13 within an hour and offered a discount on a screen repair. Malik and Saddiq were excellent, highly recommended to anyone wanting to save money on their tech!
