  I had an absolutely awful experience with Cell Smash. I took my Samsung Galaxy S23 in for what should have been a straightforward battery repair. Instead, I left with a phone that was in a far worse condition than when I brought it in. After their repair, my phone was **overheating, not charging properly and no longer recognising my SIM card** — none of which were issues before they worked on it. Even the physical workmanship was terrible. When they glued the back of the phone back on, **it was visibly wonky and not fitted correctly**. Within just a few days, the back started **peeling away from the phone**. I spent **over 3 hours in the shop** trying to get these problems resolved, but rather than taking responsibility and helping, I was met with arguments and a refusal to properly deal with the issues. What was particularly concerning was that during the three hours I was there, **at least four other customers came into the shop complaining about various problems**, and I witnessed arguments taking place with them too. I went in with a relatively recent Samsung Galaxy S23 needing a battery repair and came away with multiple serious problems and a badly fitted back. Based entirely on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting your phone to this business. I certainly wish I had.

  I was served by Malik yesterday, who efficiently revived my dead screen in just two hours. He replaced the full front screen and kindly offered a complimentary discount to make up for my inconvenience the previous day when waiting for the shop to open. Even though there are plenty of local repair shops nearby, I chose to return here because of the shop’s professional appearance and their strict data protection policies.Unlike other repair shops mentioned in online reviews—where technicians repeatedly demand security codes before starting work—Malik only asked for my passcode at the very end to test the phone. Even then, he had me enter it myself, which felt much safer than sharing it directly. So far, the screen is running perfectly, and I hope it stands the test of time. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and security. Thanks a bunch! I look forward to coming back to collect my complimentary phone case. Truly appreciate it!
